The rich nuances and the beautiful harmonies that a symphony orchestra can create formed the heart of the Piano & Jazz concert from The Music of America programme by Cantus Firmus and the America for Bulgaria foundation. The Classic FM Orchestra conducted by Francisco Noya brought beauty, performing the world premiere of the arrangement for jazz trio and symphony orchestra of Piazzolla’s Four Seasons of Buenos Aires made by Mario Parmisano. The other two members of the piano trio were Boris Taslev (bass) and Dimo Dimov (drums) who stayed on the stage for the second part of the concert with arrangements of jazz standards by legendary Bill Holcombe and Chris Brubeck’s version of his father Dave Brubeck’s Blue Rondo a la Turk.
Very beautiful in their expression, the musicians inspired the audience in an unforgettable concert experience that we share with a photo gallery on Jazzfm.bg and with music on air.
